Metacaulk 1200 是單一組成針對建築間隙例如牆頂 , 圍幕牆 , 周邊 , 伸縮縫 , 等等及一般建築裂縫及缺口的阻火密封劑。 Metacaulk 1200 是水基性乳狀遇熱膨脹型密封劑專門設計用來噴灑施工用途 , 以提供快速經濟的冗長間隙的安裝。 Metacaulk 1200 根據 ASTM E814(UL1479) ,ULC CAN 4-S 115M 及 UL2079( 建築間隙系統阻火測試 ) 標準測試具 1-2 阻火時效。根據 ASTM E1399 標準 , Metacaulk 1200 已經通過每十分鐘 500 轉的介面位移測試。

Product Description
Metacaulk 1200 Caulk Grade is a single component, general purpose fire rated sealant for construction joints such as top of the wall, curtain wall perimeter, expansion, control, etc. and for general construction gaps and voids. Metacaulk 1200 Caulk Grade us a water based, non-sag sealant that is easy to apply. Metacaulk 1200 Caulk Grade systems are rated for up to 3 hour conditions in accordance with the UL 2079 (Tests for Fire Resistance of Building Joint Systems) Test Standards. Metacaulk 1200 has been cycled 500 times, meeting the new ASTM E 1399 standard. Also tested in accordance with ASTME 814 (UL 1479) for systems up to 2 hours.
