A flexible, highly intumescent firestop material used in fire rated
door and door frame assemblies. BlazeSeal is designed to maintain
positive pressure as required in testing to the Uniform Building
Code, UBC 7-2 and UL10C. Our advanced technology allows the material
to display multiple staged intumescence. This type of expansion
offers superior fire protection while reducing the amount of material
required to achieve the desired fire rating. In addition, BlazeSeal
forms a strong char to seal the door to frame clearance, thus preventing
the passage of flames, smoke, and hot gases. BlazeSeal stands up
to the hose stream test required by UBC 7-2.

Metacaulk BOX GUARD is a one component fire rated pad for use in

to fire, Metacaulk BOX GUARD will expand forming a char that will
expand off the opening and prevent the spread of flames and limit
the temperature rise on the unexposed surfaces. |

Intumescent Firestop Pillows are deigned for use primarily in large
openings with cables, cable trays, blank openings or multiple penetration
items. In the event of a fire, Rectorseal Firestop Pillows will
prevent the spread of flames and hot gases through the openings.
Since no cure time is required. Rectorseal Firestop Pillows are
ready to install. Rectorseal Firestop Pillows are reusable since
they can be removed and reinstalled if necessary. Use Rectorseal

Metacaulk Fire Rated Mortar

Metacaulk Fire Rated Mortar is a specially formulated rapid hardening
gypsum/cement compound. The product provides the optimum combination
of workability, strength and fire resistance. When mixed with clean
water to a suitable consistency, Metacaulk Fire Rated mortar sets
without shrinking and can form a rigid, gas tight, fire resistant
seal. It can easily be cut or drilled and resealed it future penetrants
are needed. No special tools are required to mix or install the
product. Metacaulk Fire Rated Mortar systems are rated for up to
4 hours and has been tested in accordance with ASTM E 814 (UL 1479)
and ULC-S115_95 test standards. |
